مناهج اللغويين المتقدمين في تفسير غريب الحديث وتأويل مختلفه

ملخّـــص
حاولالبحث رصد جهود أئمة اللغة المسلمين في تعاملهم مع نصوص السنة النبوية المطهّرة بوصفها المصدر الثاني من مصادر التشريع الإسلامي أقيمت حولها دراسة لغوية منهجية، تبحث في دلالة الألفاظ من حيث المادة الأساسية لأي نص من النصوص، ويعد هذا العمل من أولئک اللغويين إدراکاً مبکراً لحقيقة على جانب کبير من الأهمية في دراسة دلالة الألفاظ، وسعى البحث إلى تحقيق هذه الغاية من خلال الترکيز على مسالک علماء اللغة في معالجة الغريب في الحديث الشريف، وقد استدعى إيفاء هذا الجانب حقه من المادة اللغوية أن يحدد العلماء منهجية التعامل مع نصوص السنة النبوية لتحقيق مقاصد الشريعة الغرّاء، لأن التغاضي عن فهم ألفاظ الحديث لم يکن ممکناً أو مقبولاً، وکان تفسير غريب الحديث وتأويل مختلفه من المهمات الجليلة المتعلقة بفهم الحديث والعمل به، إذ من اليسير على المرء أن يروي ما لا يفهم، أو ينقل ما لا يحسن أداءه، ومعرفة مفردات الحديث وفقه معناها هي الخطوة الأولى إلى فهم معنى الحديث، واستنباط الحکم منه.
وأضاء البحث جهود أئمة اللغة في التصدي للملاحدة وأصحاب الفرق والأهواء، وأهل الفلسفة والمنطق، وتفنيد مزاعمهم، وإسقاط حججهم، بما ادّعوه على الحديث من تناقض واختلاف، متخذين من اللغة وسيلتهم للرّد عليهم، معتمدين تأويل مختلف الحديث ليسقطوا بذلک کلّ ادعاء عليه بالغموض أو التناقض، وليثبتوا تناسق هذا الحديث النبوي الشريف وتکامله وينفوا عنه ما نسب إليه زوراً وکذباً، معلنين مواقفهم وآراءهم التي جمعوا فيها بين تضلعهم في فهم الإسلام وتفقههم في العربية وسعة اطلاعهم على التراث العربي.
 
Abstract
The curriculum of advanced linguists in the interpretation of strange modern and different interpretation
The study sought to monitor the efforts of the imams of the Muslim language in their dealings with the texts of the Sunnah as a second source of Islamic legislation. A systematic linguistic study was conducted on the meaning of words in terms of the basic text of any text. The study sought to achieve this end by focusing on the pathology of linguists in the treatment of the strange in the Hadith, and called for the fulfillment of this aspect of the linguistic material that scientists determine the methodology of dealing with the texts of the Sunnah to achieve a draw Because it is not easy to explain what is not understood, or to convey what is not good for its performance, and to know what is meant by it. The vocabulary of Hadith and its meaning is the first step to understanding the meaning of the hadeeth, and devising the ruling from it.
 
The research highlighted the efforts of the imams of the language in confronting the united and the people of the difference and the whims, and the people of philosophy and logic, and refute their claims, and to drop their arguments, what they claimed to talk of contradiction and difference, taking the language and their means to respond to them, relying interpretation of the different talk to fall so any claim to the ambiguity or contradiction, And to prove the consistency of this Prophet's Hadith and its integrity and deny him what he falsely and falsely attributed to them, announcing their positions and opinions in which they gathered between their understanding of Islam and their understanding of Arabic and their knowledge of the Arab heritage.
