القضايا الدلالية في تفسير فتح القدير للشوکاني
 
إن العلاقة بين العلوم الشرعية وعلوم العربية علاقة وثيقة، ولذا فقد عني علماء الشريعة باستقراء الأساليب العربية وعباراتها ومفرداتها، واستمدوا من هذا الاستقراء بعض القواعد والضوابط التي تعين على فهم الکتاب والسنة فهماً صحيحاً.
ومن ثم فلا عجب أن يجعل العلماء اللغة شرطاً في رتبة الاجتهاد، ومعرفتها فرض کفاية ؛ إذ يجب على المجتهد أن يکون ذا باع طويل في معرفة اللغة والإلمام بمباحثها وقضاياها إلماماً کافياً حتى لا يجانبه الصواب عند استنباط الأحکام وتفسير القرآن، لأن "أکثر من ضل من أهل الشريعة عن القصد فيها، وحاد عن الطريقة المثلى إليها فإنما استهواه واستخف حلمه ضعفه في هذه اللغة الکريمة الشريفة" .
ولقد خصصت هذه الدراسة لبعض القضايا الدلالية في تفسير الشوکاني دون غيرها من القضايا حيث استقريت هذا التفسير، ووضعت يدي على أبرز القضايا الدلالية دوراناً فيه .

The semantic issues in the interpretation
of Fatah al - Qadeer al - Shukani
 
The relationship between the sciences of Shari'a and the sciences of Arabic is closely related. Hence, the scholars of Shari'a have sought to extrapolate the Arabic methods, their expressions and their vocabulary. They have derived from this extrapolation certain rules and disciplines that help to understand the Qur'an and Sunnah correctly.
It is not surprising that scientists make the language a condition in the level of ijtihad, and knowledge of the imposition of sufficiency. The mujtahid must have a long knowledge of the language and familiarity with its discussions and issues enough knowledge so as not to be misguided when making judgments and interpreting the Qur'aan because " The people of the law of intent in it, and sharp on the best way to it, but his enjoyment and underestimated his dream weakness in this honorable language.
This study has been devoted to some semantic issues in the interpretation of Shawkani, without any other issues, where I drew this interpretation, and put my hand on the most important issues semantic roles in it.
