عنيت هذه الدراسة بدراسةِ توجيـهاتِ ابن مالکـفيما يتعلَّق بموضوعِ البحث ـ ، دراسةً تحليلية، تبدأ باستعراضِ شواهدهِ وأدلته، ومحاولةِ تأصيلِ آرائهِ بالبحث عمَّن سبقه إلى القولِ بها، ومعرفةِ الموافقين والمخالفين له، وعرضِ أدلتهم، ثم أُتْبِعُ ذلک بالنَّقد والمناقشة لرأىِ ابن مالک، وبيانِ موقف البحث منه، إما بموافقتهِ وتأييده- بإضافةِ شواهدَ إلى شواهده– سواءٌ أکانت من مؤلفاتهِ الأخرى، أم کانت من أقوال المنتصرين له، أو باستنباطِ أدلَّةٍ تدعمُ اختياره- أو مخالفتهِ ومعارضتِه بأدلَّة تؤکِّد اختيارَهُ لما غيرُه أوْلى منه وأرْجح.
وقد جمعْتُ لدراسة تلک القضية في (شواهد التَّوضيح) ثمانيَ مسائل، رتَّبْتها وفْق ورُودها في الکتاب، وکان منهجى فى دراسةِ کلِّ مسألةٍ منها هو البداية بذکر کلام ابنِ مالک إما بلفظِه هو، أو التعبيرِ عنه بلفظى وعبارتى، ثم أبدأ بتمهيدٍ أقومُ فيه بتأصيلٍ للمسألة المدرُوسة، أُتبعهُ بدراسةِ شواهدِ ابنِ مالک واحدًا تلو الآخر، فأبينُ توجيهَه إيَّاه، ومَن وافقه وخالفه، ثم أستعرضُ أدلةَ کلٍّ منهما، وأناقشُ ابنَ مالک فيما ذهبَ إليه، وفى نهاية المسألةِ أصرِّحُ بالتأييد والموافقة، أو أعلنُ المعارضةَ والمخالفة، ذاکرًا أدلَّتى فى الحالين.
Abstract
This study was concerned with the study of Ibn Malik’s directives - with regard to the subject of the research - an analytical study, which begins with a review of his evidence and evidence, and an attempt to solidify his views by searching for those who preceded him to say it, knowing the approvers and those who disagree with him, and presenting their evidence, then this is followed by criticism and discussion of Ibn Malik The position of the research from him, either with his consent and support - by adding evidence to his evidence - whether it was from his other books, or from the statements of his victors, or by developing evidence to support his choice - or his contradiction and opposition to evidence confirming his choice of something other than him and more successful.
I gathered to study that issue in (evidence of clarification) eight issues, arranged according to their appearance in the book, and my method was to study every issue of it is to start by mentioning Ibn Malik’s words either by his own word, or expressing it verbally and expressively, and then I start with a preamble in which I examine the issue I follow it by studying the evidence of Ibn Malik one by one, so I indicated his guidance to him, and whoever agreed and disagreed with him, then I reviewed the evidence of each of them, and I discuss Ibn Malik as he went to him, and at the end of the matter I declare support and approval, or announce the opposition and the opposition, mentioning the evidence in both cases.
