الملخص
                             
يعد مصطلح التناص (intertextuality) من المصطلحات النقدية الحديثة عند النقاد الغربيين، وانتقل إلى النقد العربي، وتلقفه النقاد بالدراسة النظرية والتطبيقية على النصوص الشعرية والنثرية في مختلف العصور الأدبية.
 وجاء هذا البحث ليدرس التناص الديني في رسائل القاضي الفاضل، والذي ظهر فيه تناصه مع القرآن الکريم والحديث الشريف تناصا مباشرا کالاقتباس، وتناصا غير مباشر حين يحور الأديب ألفاظ النص الديني من سياقه إلى سياق آخر.
 کما ورد التناص في موضوعات مختلفة سياسية، وجهادية، وتعزية، وبشرى بالفتوح، والمدح، والإشادة الأدبية وغيرها. وکان التناص مبثوثا في رسائل الفاضل فأحيانا يکون في مقدمة الرسالة، وأحيانا يختم به، وغالبا ما يکون داخل التناص.
 
 
Abstract
 
 
 
The term “Intertextuality” is one of the contemporary or modern critique term being used by Western critics, he (the writer) thereafter, jumped to the Arab criticism, where the critics confronted him with theoretical, and applied poetic and prose texts of a different poetic periods or eras.
This research was brought about with the view to study the religious intertextuality in the various research works of Al-Qadhi Al-Fadhil. What became vivid and bare in the intertextuality of Al-Qadhi Al-Fadhil with the Glorious Quran and Hadeeth (the noble prophetic tradition) is the direct intertextuality like “quotations”. While the indirect intertextuality is when the poet converts the textual words and style, or transpose it from its original context to another.
As it appeared and introduced in different topics such as; politics, jihad, condolence, good news of war victories, praise, literary tribute, and so on.
The intertextuality of Al-Fadhil’s messages and writings were displayed in his works. Sometimes these messages could be found in his introduction, a times at the tail end of his messages, and most often than not, those messages could be found well embedded in the body of his messages.
