أسباب التطور الصوتي وقوانينه في اللغة العربية

الملخص :
دراسة وجيزة تهدف إلى معرفة أبرز الأسباب والقوانين التي أدّت إلى تطور أصوات اللغة. وتشتمل هذه الدراسة على مقدمة توضّح أهداف البحث ، واعتمدت المنهج الوصفي، ثم ذکرت الدراسات السابقة ، يعقبها مبحثان ، المبحث الأول :أسباب التطور الصوتي ،المبحث الثاني : قوانين التطور الصوتي، ثم تتلوها خاتمة تشتمل على أهم نتيجة في الدراسة . وأهم نتيجة تَوَصّلّت إليها هذه الدراسة لا يوجد اتفاق بين العلماء على الأسباب التي تؤثّر في تطور أصوات اللغة ، ومن الصعب معرفة القوانين التي تحکم تلک التطورات. من أکثر القوانين الصوتية تأثيراً في تطوّر أصوات اللغة بصفة عامة هو قانون : السهولة والتيسير، ثم يأتي بعده في التأثير قانون المماثلة والذي يؤثّر في سيره قانون الأقوى . لا يمکن وضع قاعدة ثابتة للحکم على أصوات اللغة بأنّ أحدها أسهل من الآخر في النطق عند جميع اللغات أو البيئات ، فکثيراً ما يعود ذلک إلى رغبة المتکلّم وبيئته وعاداته اللغوية ، فما يراه شعب أو بيئة صوت سهل قد تراه بيئة أخرى أو شعوب أخرى صوت صعب .
 
Abstract
 
 
 
This concise study sets out to identify the most famous causes and laws which led to the development of language sounds. This study includes an introduction clarifies the research targets. It depended on the descriptive methodology. Afterwards, it mentioned the literature review followed by two topics; first topic handles the causes of phonological development, second topic handles the laws of phonological development, then a conclusion includes the most important result of the study. The most important result it reveals is that there is no difference between the scholars concerning the causes which affect the language sounds and that it is difficult to identify the laws which control these developments. The law of ease and facilitation is one of the phonological laws which has great impact on the development of the language sounds in general, and follows it the law of assimilation which is affected by the law of the stronger. No rule can be set to state that one of the language sounds is easier than the other regarding pronunciation in all languages and environments. Often this is results from the desire of the speaker, his environment, and linguistic habits; whereas a people or an environment believes this sound is easier, other people or environment believes it is difficult one.
