الملخص :
 الأصوات الصامتة هي اللبنة الأساسية التي تشکل منها ألفاظ اللغة، وتشارکها في ذلک الأصوات الصائتة، ويؤثر اختلاف هذه الأصوات الصامتة على اختلاف المعنى ، بل قد يصل هذا الاختلاف إلى درجة التضاد وهو ما نص عليه علماؤنا القدامى من أمثال ابن فارس، والسيوطي.  يقول السيوطي: " ومن سنن العرب الفرقُ بين ضدين بحرف أو حرکة کقولهم: يَدْوَى من الداء ويُدَاوي من الدواء ويُخْفِر إذا نَقض من أخفر ويخفر إذا أجارمن خَفَر ولُعَنَة إذا أکثر اللَّعن ولُعْنَة إذا کان يلعن وهزأة وهُزْأة وسُخَرة وسُخْرة."
ومن هنا انبثقت فکرة هذا البحث في محاولة لبيان أثر اختلاف الصامت في تضاد المعنى ،ودراسة ذلک في معجمات العربية ،  مع بيان دلالته في سياق الکلمة التي ورد فيها ، وجاء البحث بعنوان  ( اختلاف الصامت وأثره في تضاد المعنى) دراسة في معجمات العربية   واتبعت في البحث المنهج الوصفي  بآدتيه الاحصاء والتحليل ؛ حيث قمت بجمع الألفاظ التي نص القدامى ، على تضاد المعنى فيها ؛ باستعمالهم کلمة (ضد ) أو(خلاف ) أو ( نقيض ) ، ثم قمت  ببيان أصل هذه  الألفاظ ومعناها، کما حاولت الربط بين الصامت ودلالته فيها من خلال تلمس الصفات الفارقة بين الأصوات من ناحية المخرج أو الصفة . هذا وقد اختص البحث بالصامت فقط ، أما الصائت فقد أرجأته لبحث آخر إن شاء الله .
 
Abstract
 
 
Silent sounds are the basic building block from which the words of the language are formed, and the consonant sounds share in that. The difference of these silent sounds affects the difference in meaning, and this difference may even reach the point of contradiction, which is what our ancient scholars stated, such as Ibn Faris and Al-Suyuti. Al-Suyuti says: “And among the Sunnahs of the Arabs is the difference between two opposites with a letter or a vowel, as they say: He heals from a disease, and he cures from medicine, and he is relieved if he who disobeys him, and he is relieved if he is harmed by a guard, and a curse if he curses more, and curses and sarcasm if he curses and mockery.”
Hence the idea of ​​this research emerged in an attempt to explain the effect of the silent difference on the contradiction of meaning, and to study that in Arabic dictionaries, with a statement of its significance in the context of the word in which it was mentioned, and the research came under the title (The difference of the silent and its impact on the contradiction of meaning) a study in Arabic dictionaries and followed in the research The descriptive approach with its tools of statistics and analysis; Where I collected the words that the ancients texted, with the opposite meaning in them; They used the word (against), (contradictory) or (opposite), then I explained the origin and meaning of these words, as I tried to link the silent and its significance in it by touching the differential qualities between the sounds in terms of the exit or the adjective. This research was limited to the silent one only, as for the voiced one, I have postponed it for another research, God willing.
