الملخص :
رسالةً (حتَّى) للمولى محمد بن کمال الدين بن حمزة الحسيني (ت1085ه) هي الرسالة الأولى –فيما أعلم- التي تخرج جامعةً لأحکامِ (حتَّى) على اختلافِ أنواعها، الجارَّة والعاطفة والابتدائية، وهي الأولى أيضا من تراثِ الرَّجل، وقد عرضَ فيها الشيخ خلافاتِ النَّحويين حول أنواعها، وشروط کلِّ نوعٍ وأحکامه، مرجحًا ما يراه بأدلتِه، ورادًّا ما قصَّر دليلُه، وقد صدَّرتُ التَّحقيق بدراسةٍ ألقيتُ فيها الضوءَ على سيرةِ الشيخِ ومسيرتِه، اسمه ونسبه، مولد وحياته، ثناء العلماء عليه، مؤلفاته، وأخيرا وفاته، ثمَّ فصلتُ القول في مصادر الرسالةِ، والسماتِ العامة لها، ثم شخصية المؤلف النحوية، وأدلته التي رکن إليها.
ثم قسم التحقيق، وثقت فيها نسبة الرسالة إلى صاحبها، ثم حققت عنوانها، ثم اشرت إلى عملي في التحقيق، ثمَّ النص المحقق، وذيلتها بفهارس فنية للقرآن، والحديث، والشعر، والأعلام، والمصادر والمراجع، ثم الفهرس العام للبحث.
Abstract
(Hatta) by Mawla Muhammad bin Kamal al-Din bin Hamza al-Husseini (d. 1085 AH) is the first treatise that graduated inclusive of the rulings of (even) of all kinds, neighbor, emotion and elementary, and it is also the first from the heritage of men, and in it the Sheikh presented the differences of grammarians about their types, and conditions Each type and its rulings, giving weight to what he sees with his evidence, and he wanted his evidence to fall short. I issued the investigation with a study in which I shed light on the Sheikh’s biography and career, his name and lineage, his birth and his life, scholars praise him, his writings, and finally his death, then I separated the saying in the sources of the general message, and features Her, then the author's grammatical personality, and his evidence that he relied on.
Then the investigation section, in which I documented the attribution of the letter to its author, then verified its title, then referred to my work in the investigation, then the verified text, and appended it with technical indexes of the Qur’an, poetry, flags, sources and references, then the general index of the research.
