الملخص
من الأساليب التي عَدَّها العلماء من سمات الشعر، ومَيَّزُوه بها عن النثر، أسلوب (اتساع المعنى)، وذلک أن اللفظ في کلام الشعراء قد يحتمل أکثر من تأويل، ويفيد أکثر من معنى؛ فيؤدي ذلک إلى تکاثر المعاني وتعدد الدلالات من وراء اللفظ الواحد؛ فهذا الأسلوب لونٌ مهمٌ من ألوان الإيجاز، وهذا الأسلوب موجود في الشعر والقرآن، لکنّه في الشعر يتميز بأنه يتيح للمتلقي المشارکة في إنتاج المعنى، بغض النظر عن مقصد الشاعر، مادام ذلک من محتملات النص؛ ونظرا لهذه الأهمية أردت في هذا البحث الکشف عن معالم هذا الأسلوب الشيِّق في الشعر، وتحديد خصائصه التي يتميز بها عن باقي الأساليب، مستعينا في بيان بلاغته على الجانب التطبيقي في معلقة امرئ القيس.
 
Abstract
 
One of the methods that scholars considered to be a feature of poetry, and by which they distinguished it from prose, is the (broadening of meaning) method, because the pronunciation in the words of poets may have more than one interpretation, and benefit from more than one meaning. This leads to the multiplication of meanings and the multiplicity of connotations behind the single word; This method is an important form of brevity, and this method is present in poetry and the Qur’an, but in poetry it is distinguished by allowing the recipient to participate in the production of meaning, regardless of the poet’s intent, as long as that is one of the text’s possibilities; In view of this importance, I wanted in this research to reveal the features of this interesting style in poetry, and to determine its characteristics that distinguish it from the rest of the methods, using the help of explaining its rhetoric on the practical side in the Muallaqa Imru Al-Qays.
