ملخص الدراسة إن هذه الحقبة الزمنية؛ (عصر الدراسة) لم تدرس بعد فى مدى علمي، ففيها مجموعة سلاطين وأمراء قربوا إليهم الشعراء والعلماء فمدحهم الشعراء والعلماء وأغدقوا عليهم العطايا والهبات، وبها علماء إصلاح کان لهم دور بارز في مجتمعهم، فذکرهم الشعراء بما هم له أهل من الحمد والمدح ، ثم لما وافت المنية أولئک السلاطين ما کان من الشعراء إلا أن وافوا بذممهم فرثوهم بغرر قصائدهم وتنحبوا لأجلهم ، وتعددت تلک القصائد عند بعضهم . هذا الأدب ما يزال في بطون الدواوين والکتب والمخطوطات محتاجا إلى من ينفض عنه غبار الزمن، ويخرجه للقراء ويبوبه ويصنفه ، فکانت هذه الدراسة تأصيلية مسحية مقسمة الشعراء إلى فئات ومظهرة ما کان فيها من حرکة نقدية متبعة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي.
Abstract The study investigates the poetic traditions of the early Albusaidi era. During this period, sultans, princes and rulers paid considerable attention to poets and literary scholars, rewarding them substantially for their work. Poets competed to compose work that would be handsomely rewarded, and upon the death of a sultan, wrote eulogistic poems as a sign of loyalty and affection. The poets came from different backgrounds which influenced the content and ideas expressed in their poetry. The researcher maintains that classifying the poets according to their ideas and roles will highlight the constituent features of the poetic movement and the proactive poets of that era. The methodology applied in this study includes the following details: the poet's name, his origins and where he lived, his death, the group of poets he belonged to, his collection of poetry, the people that he addressed in his poetry, samples of his work and any additional biographical information about his life. The poets of the period being studied devoted their attention to refining their work, exemplifying renowned classical Arab poets as well as their contemporaries a mater which established a kind of criticism that the current study tries to explore and document.
