ملخص البحث
إن القيادة تعني تحملمسئولية المقودين، وتدبير شئونهم، والقدرة على التأثير فيهم لتحقيق أهداف سامية، وفق قواعد و أسس ربانية ، وهي مهمة في حياة الأمم سواء أکانت في محيط الأسرة أو المجتمعات أو الدول، إذ أنها تحقق الاستخلاف في الأرض ، وتعمل على إقامة التوازن في الحياة ، وبها يتم تنفيذ أحکام الله ، وإقامة حدوده التي نص عليه القرآن الکريم والسنة النبوية المطهرة ، وللقيادة أسس وقواعد مهمة تعمل على تنظيمها ونجاحها تحدث عنها القرآن الکريمة، ولأهمية هذا کله اخترت هذه الدراسة وسميتها " أسس القيادة الناجحة في ضوء القرآن الکريم دراسة موضوعية "، وقد تناولت الدراسة تعريف القيادة في اللغة والاصطلاح ، ومصطلحات القيادة في القرآن الکريم ، وعناصر القيادة ، وأنماطها، و الفرق بين القيادة والإدارة ، وأهمية القيادة في الإسلام ، وميزات القيادة الإسلامية ، ومفهوم القائد ، و ميزات القائد المسلم.
و تناولت – أيضًا - أهم الأسس والقواعد التي تعمل على نجاح القيادة والقائد إذا طبقها القادة کما أمر بها القرآن الکريم ، بالشرح والتفصيل والاستدلال عليها بما ورد فيها من آيات الذکر الحکيم، وتفسير هذه الآيات تفسيرًا إجماليًا، و التي تلخصت في ، سيادة التشريع الإلهي في القيادة ، و العلم والخبرة بأمور القيادة، و الأمر بالمعروف والنهي عن المنکر، و الشورى وعدم الاستبداد بالرأي ، و الأمانة في القيادة، و العدل بين المقودين ، و الصدق في الأقوال والأفعال ، و الوفاء بالعهــــــــد، و الحکمة في القيادة ، و الرَّقابـــــة ، و المحاسبــــــة ، ورحمة القائد بالرعية، وقوته وسلامة أعضائه ، و قوة شخصيته ، و قدرته على تحمل المسئولية ، و قدرته على مواجهة الصعاب وحل المشکلات، وحرصه على مصلحة المقودين ، و إرادته للإصلاح ، و تثبته من الأخبـــار التي تصل إليه ، و اختياره للبطانة الصالحة ، و تواصله الدائم مع رعيته .
ثم خلصت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أهمها :
1- أن مصطلحات القيادة في القرآن الکريم کثيرة ومتعددة منها : الخلافة ، والملک ، والتمکين ، والإمامة ، والولاية والقوامة وغير ذلک .
2- ضرورة القيادة وأهميتها في المجتمعات البشرية حتى تستقيم أمورها.
3- أن أفضل أنماط القيادة هي القيادة القائمة على الشورى وعدم الاستبداد بالرأي .
4- أن أسس القيادة کثيرة ومتعددة ، وهي من الأهمية بمکان، وهي السبيل إلى نجاح القيادة – بعد توفيق الله جل وعلا - إذا طبقها القادة کماوردت في القرآن الکريم .
5- أن القائد الناجح هو الذي يسير على المنهج القرآني في قيادته وسيتکمل ذلک بالسنة النبوية

Abstract
The leadership means taking responsibility for the levers, managing their affairs, and the ability to influence them to achieve lofty goals, in accordance with the rules and the foundations of God, which is important in the lives of nations, whether in the family, communities or countries, as they achieve the difference in the ground, In the life, and by the implementation of the provisions of God, and the establishment of the limits stipulated by the Holy Quran and Sunnah purified, and the leadership of the foundations and rules of an important work on the organization and success talked about the Holy Quran, and the importance of all this I chose this study and called it "the foundations of successful leadership in the light of the Koran objectively ", She said Study of leadership in the definition of language and terminology, and terms of leadership in the Koran, and the elements of leadership, patterns, and the difference between leadership and management, and the importance of leadership in Islam, and features of the Islamic leadership, the concept of the leader, and the Muslim leader features.
It also dealt with the most important bases and rules that work on the success of the leadership and the leader, if applied by the leaders as ordered by the Holy Quran, with explanation, detail and reasoning with the verses mentioned in the Holy Quran. Leadership, knowledge and experience in matters of leadership, the promotion of virtue and the prevention of vice, and the consultation and non-tyranny of opinion, and the Secretariat in the leadership, and justice between the leagues, and honesty in words and deeds, and the fulfillment of the Covenant, and wisdom in leadership, Accounting, and the mercy of the leader Ba The strength of his personality, his ability to take responsibility, his ability to face difficulties and solve problems, his interest in the interests of the lepers, his will for reform, his provenness of the news that reaches him, his choice of good lining, and his constant communication With his flock.
The study concluded with several results:
1- The terms of leadership in the Koran many and many of them: the succession, the king, empowerment, the imamate, and mandate and guardianship and so on.
2- The necessity of leadership and its importance in human societies so as to be upright.
3- The best leadership styles are leadership based on consultation and non-tyranny of opinion.
4- The foundations of leadership are many and multiple, which is important, and is the way to the success of leadership - after the reconciliation of God Almighty - if applied by the leaders as stated in the Koran.
5- that the successful leader is the one who follows the Quranic approach in his leadership and will be complemented by the Prophetic Sunnah
