إن علم أصول الفقه من أعظم العلوم ؛ إذ يساعد على بناء المنهج، ويسهم في صرح الرواية العلمية والحضارية للأمة ، حيث يقدم الأليات والأدوات المساعدة على فهم الخطاب الشرعي وإدراک مقاصده ، لتنزيله على واقع الأفراد والجماعات والأمم، بعد فهم ذلک الواقع المراد تنزيل مقتضيات خطاب الشرع عليه توجيهاً واصلاحاً وإرشاداً وتطبيقاً .
وقد أحببت أن أکتب بحثاً  أصولياً  مستقلاً في هذا الموضوع  سميته " النسيان وأثره على الأهلية دراسة أصولية تطبيقية ".
وجعلته في تمهيد ، وفصلين،  وخاتمة، وفهارس فنية.
وهذا مع علمي بوعرة السير فيه ، واعترافي بقلة بضاعتي ، وقصر باعي ، فقد استعنت بالله الذي منه العون وعليه التکلان أن يوفقني إلي ما أصبو إليه، وإن يسدد القلم .

Abstract
