ملخص البحث
لقد انتشر الأعاجم في صفوف الجيش کافةً خلال حکم المأمون، وأصبحت لهم الکلمة الحاسمة، والفاصلة في إدارة شؤونه، وتوجيهه، فتعرض الجيش العباسي إلى تغيير جذري شامل سواء في تنظيمه أم تسليحه أم عناصره ، أما حين تسلم المعتصم بالله الخلافة لم يستطع الاعتماد على الْعَرَبِ ، وتحول الجيش من جيش يحمي حدود الدولة الإسلامية، وينشر لواءَها إلى جيش متمرد من المرتزقة الأجانب لا يهمهم نصرة دين، ولا دولة.
وتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى مناقشة الآثار السياسية والاقتصادية المترتبة على تلک التمردات ، وتتبع الحراک التاريخي المؤدي لتبني الجيش العباسي لحرکات التمرد في ظل الدولة العباسية .
وقد قمستها إلى عدة مباحث : المبحث الأول: الأحوال السياسية في عصر نفوذ الأتراک. والمبحث الثاني: العناصر الترکية التي يتکون منها الجيش العباسي . والمبحث الثالث: أهم الآثار الاقتصادية الناجمة عن تمرد الجيش العباسي سياسيًّا، معتمداً على المنهج التاريخي والمنهج الوصفي التحليلي حسب فقرات البحث وتوفر المادة العلمية؛ وکذلک استخدام المنهج العلمي من حيث التحليل والتعليل والربط والاستنتاج.

Research Summary
The Abbasid army was subjected to a radical change, whether in its organization, armament or elements. When Mu'tasim took over the Caliphate, he could not rely on the Arabs, The army is transformed from an army that protects the borders of the Islamic state, and its brigade is deployed to a rebel army of foreign mercenaries who are not interested in the support of religion or state.
This study aims to discuss the political and economic consequences of these revolutions and follow the historical movement leading to the adoption of the Abbasid army of the rebel movements under the Abbasid state.
The first topic: Political conditions in the era of influence of the Turks. The second is the Turkish elements of the Abbasid army. The third topic: The most important economic effects of the Abbasid political rebellion, based on the historical approach and analytical descriptive approach according to the research paragraphs and the availability of the scientific material, as well as the use of the scientific method in terms of analysis, reasoning, linkage and conclusion.
