يهدف هذا البحث التعرف على مفهوم الأهلية، وقد جاء في مبحثين، حيث تناول المبحث الأول: مفهوم الأهلية، وأقسامها أهلية أداء وأهلية وجوب، والحقوق الواجبة على الصَّبِيِّ تجاه العباد، والحقوق الواجبة على الصَّبِيِّ تجاه الله تعالى، وحکم التصرفات النافعة من الصَّبِيِّ، وتناول البحث أهلية الأداء القاصرة التي تثبت بقدرة قاصرة، وأهلية الأداء الکاملة والتي تثبت بقدرة کاملة، زما يثبت بالقاصرة أقسام ستة، والمبحث الثاني: تناول الأمور المعترضة على الأهلية بقسميها السماوية والمکتسبة.
