إشکالية المصطلح ودلالاته في الخطاب الديني المعاصر
لا تخفى على أحد حالة التوزع والتنازع التي تصيب الخطاب الديني (الإسلامي) المعاصر نظرا لتوزع الأفهام والأفکار التي تتنازع الخطاب، وأدى هذا التوزع والتنازع إلى تنازع المصطلحات ودلالتها، وتشتتها، والخلط بين مدلولاتها؛ مما أدى بدوره إلى تشويش في الأفکار، وتشويه للتصورات، وخلط في دلالة کثير من المصطلحات التي ينبني عليها الفهم والتصور. فضلا عن استغلال هذا الفهم من قبل التنظيمات المختلفة في إذکاء روح الصراع والخلاف بين قطاعات الأمة الواحدة.
وانطلاقا من أهمية الاستفادة من علم اللغة، ودوره في تناول القضايا الحياتية المختلفة، ومساهمته في معالجة إشکاليات الفهم والتصور الخاطئ؛ حيث إن اللغة تعد المدخل الرئيس لفهم المفردات والنصوص، وتحديد دلالاتها. فکانت فکرة هذا البحث، الذي يقف مع أربعة مصطلحات رئيسية، يمثل الخلط في دلالتها إشکالية کبرى في تجديد الخطاب الديني ووحدته، فضلا عن التجاذب والتنازع في الساحة الفکرية المعاصرة.
هذه المصطلحات هي: (الأمة والجماعة)- (النص والرأي).
فمفهوم الأمة أشمل وأوعى من مفهوم الجماعة، ومفهوم النص يختلف عن مفهوم الرأي الذي هو اجتهاد في فهم النص. فلا ينبغي إحلال مفهوم الأمة على الجماعة - بمدلولها المعاصر- ولا الجماعة على الأمة. وکذلک لا ينبغي الخلط بين النص والرأي، وإنزال أحدهما على الآخر.
وقد خص البحث هذه المصطلحات تحديدا؛ لأن قوام الخطاب الديني عليها، والخلط في دلالتها ومفهومها يؤدي إلى خلط في الفهم والتصور، مما يحدث حالة من التشتت والتفرق في الخطاب؛ وإن کانت هناک مصطلحات کثيرة تحتاج إلى تحرير في دلالتها، لکن مقام البحث لا يتسع لها؛ فضلا عن أن مجال تحرير المصطلحات وتحديد دلالتها يحتاج إلى بحوث کثيرة، ولا يستطيع بحث واحد أن يحيط بها.
وتقوم فکرة هذا البحث على التفريق بين هذه المصطلحات للوقوف على تحديد دقيق لمفهوم ودلالة کل منها، من الناحية اللغوية والشرعية والاصطلاحية، بهدف الوصول إلى توحيد الخطاب الديني وتقاربه؛ حيث إن الخلط بين هذه المصطلحات أدى إلى شيوع الفرقة والتنازع بين أطياف الأمة، فضلا عن استغلال هذا الخلط من قبل کثير من التنظيمات- عن قصد أو سوء قصد- لهذه المفاهيم للتدليس والتلبيس، وإشاعة الاستقطاب والتنازع الذي تعاني منه المجتمعات الإسلامية المعاصرة.
وسينتظم البحث في مبحثين مسبوقين بمقدمة وتمهيد، ومنتهيين بخاتمة.
سيتناول التمهيد: الخطاب الديني وماهيته وأسسه.
المبحث الأول: بين مفهوم الأمة ومفهوم الجماعة.
المبحث الثاني: بين مفهوم النص ومفهوم الرأي.
ثم الخاتمة والفهارس.

Research Summary
The problematic of the term and its implications in contemporary religious discourse
It is not clear to anyone the status of the distribution and conflict that afflicts contemporary (Islamic) religious discourse due to the distribution of understandings and ideas that contradict the discourse, and this distribution and conflict has led to a conflict of terminology and its importance, dispersion, and confusion between its meanings, which in turn led to confusion of ideas Distortions and perceptions distort the importance of many terms that underlie understanding and perception. In addition to taking advantage of this understanding by various organizations to stoke the spirit of conflict and disagreement between the sectors of the nation itself.
And based on the importance of benefiting from linguistics, its role in dealing with various life issues, and its contribution to addressing problems of misunderstanding and misunderstanding, because language is the main entry point for understanding vocabulary and texts, and determining their effects. The idea of this research, which stands alongside four main terms, is confusion in its importance, a major problem in renewing the unity and unity of religious discourse, as well as gravity and conflict in the contemporary intellectual arena.
These terms are: (the nation and society) - (text and opinion).
The concept of the nation is more comprehensive and conscious than the concept of group, and the concept of the text differs from the concept of opinion, which is diligent in understanding the text. Society should not replace the concept of a nation - in its contemporary sense - or society over a nation. Likewise, the text and opinion should not be confused, and one should be applied to the other.
The research specifically identified these terms, because the strength of religious discourse over them, and the confusion in their importance and concept leads to confusion in understanding and perception, which creates a state of dispersion and separation in discourse; although there are many terms that need to be edited in their importance, except The subject of the research is not appropriate for her. In addition, the field of editing terms and determining their importance requires a lot of research, and no single research can surround them.
The idea of this research is based on differentiating between these terms to define an accurate definition of the concept and importance of each of them, in terms of linguistic and legal terms and expressions, with the aim of achieving the unification and convergence of religious discourse. The confusion of these terms also led to the spread of division and conflict among the nation’s spectra, as well as the exploitation of this ambiguity by many organizations - intentionally or unintentionally - for these concepts of fraud, betrayal, honesty, polarization, and struggle of contemporary Islamic societies.
The research will be organized into two topics preceded by an introduction and an introduction, ending with a conclusion.
The introduction will cover: religious discourse, its essence and foundations.
The first topic: between the concept of the nation and the concept of group.
The second topic: between the concept of text and the concept of opinion.
Then the conclusion and indexes.
