ملخص
البلاغة الصوتية فى بعض قصار سور القران الکريم
إن قضية الإعجاز الصوتي فى القرآن الکريم ،هى من القضايا التى لم تنل القدر الکافى من عناية الباحثين ،فإن للصوت اللغوى أهمية فى دراسة النص القرآنى ،من حيث إنه البنية اللغوية الصغري المکونة للکلمات والتراکيب والآيات ،إلى جانب ذلک فهو عنصر أساس فى الإعجاز القرآني، والقرآن ينتقى الأصوات اللغوية بحسب الدلالات بغرض تجسيد المعاني فى أحسن صورة
و القرآن الکريم کلام الله الذي لا يأتيه الباطل من بين يديه ولا من خلفه ،أعجز العرب فصحاء اللسان ،وأساطين البيان ،فلم يستطيعوا مجاراة أساليبه الرفيعة البديعة ؛ولأن القرآن الکريم کلام بليغ بلا منازع ،وبحر شاسع بلا قرار، فلا أحد ينکر أن فى أسلوب القرآن الکريم جوانب جمالية يبهر بها السامع والقارئ ، ومن بين هذه الجوانب الجانب الصوتى ، وانطلاقا مما سبق ،واستکمالا لجهود العلماء والباحثين فى إظهار الجوانب الإعجازية فى البيان القرآنى ،شرفت باختيار هذا البحث الموسوم ب(البلاغة الصوتية فى بعض قصار سور القرآن الکريم ) ويتناول هذا البحث سورة التکاثر وسورة القارعة وسورة الناس دراسة بلاغية صوتية تبحث فى البلاغة الصوتية لألفاظ هذه السور الکريمة ،من حيث النظر فى صفات الأصوات من جهر وهمس ورخاوة وشدة وتأثير ذلک على معني الکلمات ،ومن ثم أثر هذه الصفات على بلاغة اللفظ ،ومن حيث ما يصاحب الکلمة عند النطق بها من ظواهر صوتية کالنبر والتنغيم ،ثم من حيث النظر فى مخارجها المختلفة ، والنظر فى العلاقة بين تلک السمات الصوتية للتشکيل الصوتى للکلمة ومناسبتها لسياقها .

Abstract
Phonetic rhetoric in some of the short text of the Holy Quran
The issue of phoneme miracles in the Noble Qur’an is one of the issues that have not received enough attention from researchers, because the linguistic voice is important in studying the Qur’anic text, in that it is the small linguistic structure consisting of words, structures, and verses, besides that it is an essential element in the Qur’anic miracle. The Qur’an selects linguistic sounds according to semantics in order to best embody meanings
And the Noble Qur’an is the word of God that falsehood does not come from his hands or from behind him, the Arabs are incapable of the tongue, and the masters of the statement, they could not keep up with his exquisite methods, and because the Qur’an is uttering indisputable rhetoric, and a vast sea without a decision, no one denies that in the style The Holy Qur’an is aesthetic aspects to which the listener and the reader are astonished, and among these aspects is the audio side, and based on the foregoing, and to complement the efforts of scholars and researchers in showing the miraculous aspects of the Qur’anic statement, I was honored by choosing this research tagged with الصوتية (phonetic rhetoric in some of the short chapters of the Holy Quran) and deals with this Find Surah Reproduction and Su The Qur’an and Surat al-Nas is a phonetic rhetorical study looking at the phonetic rhetoric of the words of this generous fence, in terms of looking at the characteristics of sounds from speaking out, whispering, slackness, intensity, and the impact of that on the meaning of words, and then the effect of these attributes on the rhetoric of pronunciation, and in terms of what accompanies the word when uttering it From phoneme phenomena such as accent and toning, then in terms of looking at their various exits, and looking at the relationship between these phonemic features of the phoneme formation and its relevance to its context.
