أثر دلالة الإطلاق والتقييد في صحة الأحکام العقدية
"الوعد والوعيد الأخروي أنموذجاً" بدأت البحث ببيان تعريف المطلق والمقيد لغةً واصطلاحاً، ثم رتبت البحث في مبحثين: المبحث الأول أورت فيه شيئاً من نصوص الإطلاق ونصوص التقييد وجمعت بينهما - وفق الکتاب والسنة وفهم سلف الأمة – في ثلاثة مطالب، والمبحث الثاني جعلته في مطلبين: المطلب الأول خصصته لمسألة الرؤية کمسألة مرتبطة بأصحاب الوعد الأخروي، والمطلب الثاني خصصته لمسألة الخلود في النار کمسألة مرتبطة بأصحاب الوعيد الأخروي وناقشت ما ورد فيهما من إطلاق وتقييد، ثم ختمت البحث بما توصلت إليه من نتائج، ومن أهمها: وجود علاقة وثيقة قوية بين علم أصول الفقه وعلم العقيدة، ووجوب حمل المطلق على المقيد في مسألة الوعد والوعيد الأخروي، وما يتبعها من مسألتي الرؤية، والخلود في النار لعصاة الموحدين. وفي نهاية البحث کتبت ثبتاً بمصادر البحث ومراجعه. الکلمات المفتاحية : المطلق ، المقيد ، الوعد ، الوعيد ، الأحکام العقدية.

Abstract The effect of release indication and restriction on the validity of nodal provisions "The eschatological promise is a model" This research is started by definition of an unlimited and a limited text in the Qur’an from a linguistic and a terminology perspective. Then the research is divided into two parts: the first part contains some of the unlimited and limited texts and combines between them according to the Qur’an, Sunnah and the understanding of the salaf. This part also is divided into three sections. The second part of the research is divided into two sections: the first section is specialized to an issue of seeing of Allah as issue linked to people of reward in the hereafter. The second section is specialized in the issue of eternity in the fire as an issue linked to holders of penalty in the hereafter. In these sections, I investigate between the unlimited and limited in it. I conclude my research by mentioning some results . The most important result is the existence of strong relationship between usul al-fiqh (jurisprudence) and the doctrine. Furthermore, it must limit the unlimited text in the issue of reward and penalty in the hereafter as one of the significant issue of dogma issues. At the end of research as normal I have documented the references and bibliography of research. Key Words: unlimited, limit, reward, penalty and the dogma judgement .
