الملخص
إن المتدبرَ لکتاب الله المجيد يلحظ اهتمامه الکبير بالأسرة، لأنها المحضن التربوي الرئيس للمسلمين، ولأنها أساسُ المجتمع ونواتٌه الأولى، کما أن صلاح المجتمع وصحته واستقراره يتوقف على صلاحها وصحتها واستقرارها والعکس.
وتمثّل ذلک الاهتمام في بيان النظم الحکيم کيفيةَ اختيار الزوجين بعضَهما، وإيضاحِه ماهية العشرة بينهما، ثم الحديثِ- في أکثر من موضع- عن حقوق الأبناء على الآباء، وحقوق الوالدين على أولادهما، ثم في علاجِه المشاکل التي تحصل بين طرفي الأسرة ورکنيها، بغيةَ المحافظة على قيامها، ورغبةً أکيدة في استمرارها، وأخيرا في بيانه الحازم عن الطلاق، وحقوق کل واحد من الطرفين عند وقوعه، بأسلوب يدعو إلى الخوف من الله تعالى، ويحث على أن يکون الإيمان به- جل شأنه- واقعا عمليا يتحلى به المؤمنون والمؤمنات عند حصول الطلاق، أو الميل إلى الفراق.
ومن ثمّ قام هذا البحث من أجل دراسة بلاغة النظم القرآني في علاجه بعض مشاکل الأسرة، واختار لذلک سورة "التحريم" لأنها نزلت- في الأساس- لتعالج مشکلة حدثت في بيت النبوة، ثم انطلقت منها لتضعَ منهجا لبيوت المسلمين، يتحققُ به استقرارُها وسعادتُها، وتکونُ معه واحةً للراحة والاطمئنان، وصومعةً للعبادة والتبتل، لا ساحةً للمناکفات والمکايدات الشاغلة عن الأهداف العظمى والغايات النبيلة.
وکان القصد من وراء ذلک ما يلي:
أولا- استجلاء بعض أسرار الأسلوب القرآني، وبيان أوجه الإعجاز البلاغي لتراکيبه وهو يتحدث في هذا الشأن المهم.
ثانيا- إثراء مکتبة البلاغة العربية بعمل يخص بعض الآيات القرآنية التي تتحدث عن مشاکل الأسرة المسلمة بالدرس البلاغي، والتحليل الأسلوبي المُوَضِّحِ أثرَ هذا الموضوع، وأثرَ السياق الوارد فيه على منهاج البيان القرآني عنه.
ثالثا- أن تجتهد هذه الدراسة في استظهار أسباب الهداية، التي يتسمُ بها کلامُ الله تعالى، من خلال التعمق في بيانه، والغوص في أسراره، عساها أن توفق إلى شيء يساعد بيوتنا في النهوض من کبوتها، ويأخذ بيدها من أجل العودة إلى التمسک بهذا المعين الصافي، الذي لا يضل من تمسک به، وحرص على تطبيق ما فيه.
Abstract
The mastermind of the glorious book of God notes his great interest in the family, because it is the main educational incubator for Muslims, and because it is the basis of society and its early intentions, and the community’s health, health, and stability depend on its goodness, health, stability and vice versa.
This interest was represented in the wise systems statement of how the spouses choose each other, and clarify what the ten are between them, then talk - in more than one location - about the rights of the children over the parents, the rights of the parents over their children, then in his treatment of the problems that occur between the two sides of the family and their two corners, in order to preserve Its establishment, and a firm desire to continue it, and finally in its firm statement on divorce, and the rights of each of the two parties when it occurred, in a manner that calls for fear of God Almighty, and urges that faith in him - most importantly - be a practical reality for believers and believers when divorce takes place, Or the tendency to parting.
Then this research was carried out in order to study the rhetoric of the Qur’anic systems in treating some of the family’s problems, and so he chose Surah “Prohibition” because it was revealed - basically - to address a problem that occurred in the house of prophecy, and then proceeded from it to set a method for the homes of Muslims, to verify its stability and happiness, and be With him an oasis of comfort and reassurance, and a silo for worship and celibacy, not an arena for contradictions and intrigues that occupy the great goals and noble ends.
The intention was to:
First - clarifying some secrets of the Qur’anic style, and explaining the rhetorical miracles of its structures while speaking in this important matter.
Second- Enriching the Arabic Rhetoric Library with a work related to some Quranic verses that talk about the problems of the Muslim family with the rhetorical lesson, and stylistic analysis clarifying the effect of this topic, and the effect of the context in it on the curriculum of the Qur’anic statement on it.
Third - That this study endeavors to explore the reasons for the guidance that characterizes the words of God Almighty, by looking deeper in his statement, and diving into his secrets, hoping that she will succeed in something that helps our homes rise from their repression, and takes her hand in order to return to adherence to this certain appointed , Who does not stray from those who stuck to it, and was keen to apply something in it.
