الملخص إن ظاهرة الوقف والابتداء من الظواهر التي لها أثر مهمٌّ في توضيحِ النصِّ القرآني، وتأديتِه الأداءَ السليم، فهو يُبَيِّن المواضع التي يحسن للقارئ أن يقف عليها بما يتواءم مع استقامة المعنى وسلامة اللغة وما تقتضيه علومها من نحو وصرف، وبهذا يتأتَّى لتالي القرآن إدراکُ المراد وتدبُّر المعنى وفهم المغزى. لقد حظي علم الوقف والابتداء باهتمام العلماء وحرصهم، فصنَّفوا فيه التصانيف، وأبرزوا کثيراً من قضاياه ومسائله في ثنايا کتب التفسير وعلوم القرآن ومعانيه. وکان ممَّا وفقني الله –تعالى- إليه أن وقفت على جملة من الوقوف في کتاب "غرائب التفسير وعجائب التأويل" للکرماني، فألفيتها مادة جديرة بالبحث، فعقدت العزم على جمعها ودراستها، فجاء البحث موسوماً بعنوان: ((آراء الکرماني في الوقوف في "غرائب التفسير وعجائب التأويل" دراسة نحوية دَلالية)).
