الملخص
إن شيوع ظاهرة تحديد النَّسل فى المجتمع المسلم. حملت تنبيها  ضروريا لأهمية الوقوف على هذه الظاهرة التى أصبحت الصيغة المعياريَّة للإنجاب. لآثارها البينة في التنمية والتطور وعلاقتها بموضوعات دينية وعلمية من جانب؛ والتصاقها بقضية المرأة والصحة الإنجابية من جانب آخر في ظل جدل نقاشي وإطلاق أحکام عامة، تسترعي فحصها و بيان جوانبها وحقيقة محتواها. وعلى أثر ذلک تبنى هذا البحث تلک الإشکالية، التي جاءت بعنوان: "قضية تحديد النَّسل وانعکاساتها على المجتمع الإسلامي، قراءة معاصرة". و جاء هيکل البحث موزعا على مقدمة وثلاثة مباحث، هى:
-        المبحث الأول: أثر القضايا المعاصرة على المجتمع المسلم.
-        المبحث الثانى : قضية  تحديد النسل بين المسلمين و الفرق بين تحديد النسل وتنظيمه.
-        المبحث الثالث: الآثار السلبيَّة المترتبة على تحديد النَّسل.
ثم الخاتمة التي أظهرت أهم ما توصل إليه البحث من نتائج.، التي رکزت على کشف مفهوم : تحديد النسل، وحل للإشکال: وهو تفشى ظاهرة تحديد النسل فى المجتمع الإسلامي، وإزالة للغموض: الذى يکتنف بعض المسائل، خاصة مسألة تحديد النسل موضوع النقاش الرئيس.  
  Abstract
 
The prevalence of birth control in the Muslim community. She carried a necessary warning of the importance of standing up to this phenomenon, which has become the normative form of procreation. For its evident effects on development and development and its relationship to religious and scientific issues on the one hand; and its adherence to the issue of women and reproductive health on the other hand in light of a debate debating and issuing general provisions, calling for examination and clarification of its aspects and the truth of its content. As a result of this, this research adopted this problem, which came under the title: "The issue of birth control and its implications for Islamic society, a contemporary reading." The research structure is divided into an introduction and three sections:
- The first topic: the impact of contemporary issues on the Muslim community.
- The second topic: Birth control issue among Muslims and the difference between birth control and its organization.
- The third topic: the negative effects of birth control.
Then the conclusion that showed the most important findings of the research. Which focused on revealing the concept: Birth control and a solution to the problem: it is an outbreak of the phenomenon of birth control in Islamic society, and removing ambiguity: which involves some issues, especially the issue of birth control subject of the main discussion.
