الملخص
الحمد لله وکفى والصلاة والسلام على رسول الهدى            أما بعد:
موضوع هذه الدراسة هو (لغة المعالجة وتجربتها في المملکة العربية السعودية-روبوتات المحادثة -أنموذج برنامج المحادثة -نبيهة بوت- دراسة تقويمية) وهي من الموضوعات التي تقع في ضمن علم اللغة الحاسوبي. وقد تناولت موضوع المعالجة اللغوية للغات الطبيعية وتجربتها في المملکة العربية السعودية متکأة على نموذج مشروع تم تنفيذه في جامعة الملک سعود بالرياض وتحت إشراف قسم تقنية الحاسبات وتقنية المعلومات في الجامعة.
وجاءت الدراسة في قسمين: نظري وتطبيقي أما النظري فيتناول مفهوم ونشأة ووظائف المعالجة الحاسوبية للغات الطبيعية. والتطبيقي عبارة عن دراسة تقويمية من خلال استمارة بحثية حول المشروع وفاعليتها وأهميته.
وخرج البحث في أربعة فصول:
الفصل الأول: وتناول المعالجة اللغوية ودورها في الذکاء الاصطناعي، وتعريف ووظائف وطرق عمل المعالجة الحاسوبية للغة بالإضافة للتطرق لتجربة السعودية في هذا المجال مع ذکر مستويات التحليل اللغوي ودعم ذلک بنماذج وأمثلة للمستويات اللغوية وتطرق الفصل لتحديات اللغة العربية في المعالجة اللغوية في صناعة المحادثة والمعايير التي يجب الأخذ بها عند المعالجة اللغوية للمحادثات الآلية.
الفصل الثاني: تم تخصيصه للحديث عن روبوتات المحادثة" في المملکة العربية السعودية وعن مفهوم الروبوتات وأنواعها وما يخص طرق معالجة اللغة العربية بالمستوى الفصيح- اللهجي في "روبوتات المحادثة کما تم تخصيص حيز کبير في هذا الفصل للحديث عن نموذج الدراسة -نبيهة بوت- وخطوات تنفيذها وتقييم تلک التجربة.
الفصل الثالث: وهو مخصص لاستعراض بعض نماذج روبوتات المحادثة في المملکة ومستقبل روبوتات المحادثة في السعودية.
الفصل الرابع: عرض وتحليل نتائج الاستمارة التقويمية، مختتمة هذا الفصل بالنتائج والتوصيات.
وقد انتهت الدراسة إلى ما يلي:
• أهمية دعم المشاريع الجامعية في مجال معالجة اللغات الطبيعية.
• تبني مؤسساتي لهذه المشاريع.
 • ضرورة دعم المبرمجين العرب القائمين على وضع لغات برمجة عربية تخدم اللغة العربية في هذا المجال.
 • وجوب وضع وتحديد عدد من طرق تقويم وتقييم مشاريع المحادثة الآلية في المملکة العربية السعودية 
• أوصت الدراسة بضرورة تبني الجامعات لمثل هذه المشاريع على أن يتم استکمال نموذج الدراسة -نبيهة بوت- الذي توقف وتم توقيته لفترة بسيطة لا تتناسب وأهميته.
 
 
 
Abstract
 
 
 
The subject of this study is (Processing language and its experience in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia - Conversational robots - Conversational program model - Nabiha Bot - Evaluative study) and it is one of the topics that fall within the framework of Computational Linguistics). I dealt with the subject of linguistic processing of natural languages and their experience in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, based on a project model that was implemented at King Saud University in Riyadh and under the supervision of the Department of Computer Technology and Information Technology at the university.
The study came in two parts: theoretical and applied, while the theoretical one deals with the concept, emergence and functions of computer processing for natural languages. The application is an evaluation study through a research form about the project, its effectiveness and importance.
The research came out in three chapters:
The first chapter: deals with language processing and its role in artificial intelligence, and the definition, functions and methods of computer language processing in addition to addressing the Saudi experience in this field with mentioning the levels of linguistic analysis and supporting this with models and examples of linguistic levels. Introduced in the linguistic processing of automated conversations.
Chapter Two: It is devoted to talking about chatbots in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the concept of robots and their types, and the methods of Arabic language processing at the
standard-dialectic level in “conversational robots.” A large space has also been allocated in this chapter to talk about the study model - Nabiha Butt - and the steps for its implementation. and evaluation of that experience.
The third chapter: It is devoted to presenting and analyzing the results of the evaluation form. With a review of chatbot models in the Kingdom and the future of chatbots in Saudi Arabia, this chapter concludes with findings and recommendations.
The study concluded the following:
• The importance of supporting university projects in the field of natural language processing.
• Institutional adoption of these projects.
• The need to support Arab programmers who are in charge of developing Arabic programming languages that serve the Arabic language in this field.
 • It is necessary to develop and define a number of methods for evaluating and evaluating automated chat projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
• The study recommended that universities should adopt such projects, provided that the study model - Nabiha Butt - which was discontinued and timed for a short period that does not match its importance, be completed
